Rebecca Gleason is FWCD’s New Director of Human Resources

Rebecca Gleason joined the FWCD community on September 16 as the new Director of Human Resources. Most recently, Gleason worked in HR at Texas Health Resources for seven years where she served in two different positions, HR Director, Southwestern Health Resources Clinically Integrated Network, and Program Manager, HR Operations. Prior to Texas Health Resources, Gleason worked at JPS Health Network as a Talent Consultant for three years. 

 

“We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca into her new role and are excited about the wealth of experience she brings to the Director of Human Resources position here at Fort Worth Country Day,” said CFO Tom Mitchell. “We anticipate great things as she applies that experience to the work here and makes it her own.”

 

 

A graduate of the University of Tulsa with a BSBA in Business Management, Specialization in Human Resources, Gleason got her start in the field working in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She relocated to Fort Worth in 2011. 

 

 

“Upon arriving on campus, I have found each person in the FWCD community to be welcoming, kind and purposeful,” said Gleason. “I am so impressed by everyone's commitment to our mission and core values. It is a privilege to serve Fort Worth Country Day and I'm excited to partner with each faculty and staff member to continue to advance FWCD's great culture of excellence.”
