Bandan Koro Performs for Lower School 

Lower School students came under the tree of community with African Drum Ensemble Bandan Koro on Friday, March 25. The drumbeats permeated the room as the trio taught the students about the different drums they were using and the various sounds they can make. Bandan Koro seeks to study and share experiences associated with African culture and history through the medium of dance and music to foster a greater awareness, understanding, appreciation and respect for African and Africa Diaspora-related music, dance and culture.
