FWCD Named a Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth

Fort Worth Country Day was ranked one of the Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth for 2018All winners and rankings were unveiled in the cover feature of the November issue of Fort Worth Inc. magazine. FWCD joined 18 other distinguished organizations and companies, such as Satori Capital, Con-Real, Worthington National Bank and Koddi, among others, in the Small-Medium Company (up to 250 employees) category. Randy Eisenman ’93, Vice President of FWCD’s Board of Trustees, is Managing Partner of Satori Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm founded upon the principles of conscious capitalism.
For-profits and nonprofits, government entities, and private and publicly held businesses were eligible to participate. Nominees must have a facility in Fort Worth or a contiguous county within 30 miles, have at least 15 permanent employees and be in business for at least one year. Employers completed an online survey, detailing company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. Employees also completed a survey.
“That the people doing all of the hard work day in and day out would be so positive about our school is heartwarming and inspiring,” said Head of School Eric Lombardi. “It sends a signal to the best educators and school people that they would be lucky to get to join us.”
