Giving to FWCD

Fort Worth Country Day depends on you—our families and friends—for support. Know that your contribution at any level is greatly appreciated. We are grateful for the continued support of our parents, alumni, grandparents, past parents, faculty, staff and friends. It is through the unparalleled dedication of the FWCD community that our vision and mission continue to thrive today across the FWCD campus—from innovative programming and enriching faculty experiences, to first-rate athletic, academic and arts opportunities—the impact of giving to our School is profound.

Gifts of Cash

Cash gifts are the simplest and easiest gifts you can make to FWCD. We accept personal checks, credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American Express), outright cash, cashier’s checks and money orders. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Fort Worth Country Day. You may also make a gift online
Our office is located within the Peter A. Schwartz Administration Building on the Fort Worth Country Day campus, 4200 Country Day Lane, Fort Worth, Texas 76109. If you have questions, please call us at 817.302.3204.

Matching Gifts

If your employer offers a matching gift program, you may be able double or even triple your donation to FWCD. Such programs typically match all or a percentage of employee contributions to eligible charitable organizations. Please contact your employer’s human resources department for eligibility requirements and to obtain a matching gift form. Next, complete the form and provide it to FWCD with your contribution. The Advancement Office will coordinate the remaining steps with your employer.

Gifts in Honor, Memoriam or Celebration

A meaningful way to honor a special occasion or remember a loved one is to make a gift to Fort Worth Country Day in honor or memory of that person. Donors wishing to make a gift in memoriam may make a gift of any amount.

Gifts of Securities

FWCD accepts donations of securities at any dollar value. It is very important that you or your financial advisor contact Tom Mitchell, Fort Worth Country Day CFO, in advance of the gift to ensure proper documentation and receipting.

Planned Giving

All planned giving donors become members of the Peter A. Schwartz Society—a giving society that was created to recognize donors who make a planned gift to the School such as a bequest, charitable annuity or charitable trust. Peter A. Schwartz is the founding headmaster of Fort Worth Country Day and this society celebrates the vision he had for the School. The Advancement Office can meet with you to explore ways to include FWCD in your future estate planning. Visit the Planned Giving section for additional information.
