  • When is registration for Falcon Fun in the Sun due?

Registration forms and fees for all Falcon Fun in the Sun programs are due in total prior to the start of each class or camp. Early registration however, is encouraged, as camp and course sizes are limited. A student is not considered registered until online registration and full payment are received and processed by the Summer Programs Office.
  • Why does the online registration not allow me to proceed to payment page?

Please be sure that ALL required fields on the registration form have data entered.
  • How will I know if my online registration form has gone through?

When you submit a registration and complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email from FWCD via Active Network confirming your payment and registration has been accepted.
  • Is my signature required on any part of the registration form?

Yes. A parent or legal guardian must complete the electronic signature box on the online form in order to complete the registration form and submit for approval.
  • Will I receive confirmation of my child’s registration?

Yes. Following our receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with detailed information about drop-off, pick-up, lunch, etc.
  • What does my child need to bring each day?

Campers should dress in clothes that are suitable for a variety of activities. Closed-toed shoes are recommended for all campers. Campers participating in outdoor camps should wear sunblock.
  • What about snacks and lunch between classes?

Students who continue on in the afternoon should bring a sack lunch or elect the provided lunch option when registering for classes. Campers staying for lunch will have a supervised break to eat.
  • Where do I drop off and pick up my child?

Drop-off and pick-up locations are specifically outlined in the confirmation letter that is emailed to you once registration is complete.
  • What is the policy of Falcon Fun in the Sun regarding early drop off and late pick up?

Early drop off or late pick up places your child and other participants at risk of not being properly supervised. The Summer Programs are designed to provide safe, enriching activities for your child. For each program, drop off and pick up times have been designated. By adhering to these times, proper supervision can be provided. If a child is not picked up by 15 minutes after their course is over, they will be taken back into their classroom. We know that traffic and other delays can often occur; however, our first concern is for your child’s safety. If you need to drop off or pick up outside the designated class times, we offer a before and after care for a minimal fee.
