  • Upper School Fall Play, “The Matchmaker”

    The Fort Worth Country Day Theatre Department announced "The Miracle Worker" as the fall play selection for 2018. The Tony award-winning play by William Gibson tells the story of Annie Sullivan and her student, blind and mute Helen Keller. Auditions are planned for late April or early May.   • Fort Worth Country Day Chess Tournament -- March 24

    2018 Country Day Chess Tournament
    Saturday, March 24 | 9 a.m. start
    K-12 Players Welcome: Beginners, Rated and Unrated
    $15 per person by March 23, 2018

    Join us for a day of chess! K-12 players in Fort Worth, Denton, Dallas and surrounding areas are welcome, so please share with your friends! Participants may register online or send in the form with cash/check. All paper registrations must be mailed no later than March 20. All specifics are outlined in the downloadable flyer.

Fort Worth Country Day creates a variety of internal and external publications pieces throughout the year, including the School’s signature piece, Falconer, a bi-annual magazine, which is mailed to all alumni, current and past parents, former and current Trustees, grandparents, and faculty and staff. Magazines are mailed each year in December/January and May/June. Other publications include the weekly FWCD Update eNewsletter for current parents; a quarterly past parents eNewsletter; a quarterly Board of Trustees eNewsletter and a quarterly athletics newsletter.
